Course duration is 12 months, and starts in September. In the spirit of scholarship season, I give you one of my recent discoveries: conversion courses. A conversion course is a postgraduate course that allows you to pivot to a field of study that is entirely different from your bachelor’s degree. Essentially, it allows you to transition to a new career. You know how I’m big on people from non-technical backgrounds transitioning to tech. Aha! I have compiled a list of IT conversion courses and some of the universities that offer them (all masters programs): Toggle MSc Computational and Data Journalism Cardiff UniversityMSc Human-Computer Interaction Design City St. George’s, University of LondonMSc Information and Communication Technology (Conversion) Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) , University of Aberdeen, Bournemouth UniversityMSc Computer Science (Conversion) University of BristolMSc Applied Artificial Intelligence and User Experience Abertay UniversityMSc User Experience Design Birmingham City UniversityMSc 3D Computer Animation Bournemouth UniversityMSC 3D Design for Virtual Environments Glasgow Caledonian UniversityMSc Information Technology with Cybersecurity University of AberdeenLike this:Related MSc Computational and Data JournalismCardiff University This programme provides the perfect vantage point from which to succeed in digital journalism and allows you to develop skills in both data journalism and newsroom development.
